The Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Hotel and Residences on the southern end of Seven Mile Beach is a much anticipated addition to the exclusive roster of luxury abodes on this iconic strip. Currently under construction, its 351 rooms includes 167 premium residential units that have been selling remarkably well and at great value.
