Developed in the late 80’s, Patrick’s Island is a boater’s community made of residential homes and more recently, condos. Residents have formed a self-governing HOA and have a Neighborhood watch program in place. Location is only 10 minutes to George Town. This is not a tourist area but more for Local Executives with families.
