The Montage consists of 14 parcels of land that buyers purchase and then have built to design as luxury stand-alone homes, perfect for professional couples or families.

Design

The Montage homes will be built using inspiration from Caymanian architecture with a modern twist. Caribbean/colonial style designs that are suited to the tropical environment. The homes will be large at 4,500 square feet, allowing plenty of room for families.
