In partnership with the Guy Harvey Ocean Foundation, Nova Southeastern University and the Coral Reef Institute, FIN is the first real estate development in the Cayman Islands to undertake the funding of a coral reef monitoring and restoration program. FIN is also the first to create continued long-term funding through the contribution of 1% of its monthly strata fees, setting a new standard for future oceanfront property development.

Location

Fin is located close to George Town in the South Sound neighbourhood. South Sound is a highly desirable location as it is close to schools, beaches and shops. It is only a short drive into central George Town or you can find the grocery stores and other shops at Grand Harbour going East.

Fin is a new 36-unit private residential development on over two acres of ocean front land. It has a private saltwater lagoon, elevated glass bottom pool and five-star services and amenities.

Design Concept
