Situated on one of the least populated stretches of Seven Mile Beach, The Residences at Kimpton Seafire Resort & Spa sit alongside the luxury award winning hotel.

Seafire Residences have access to all of the Kimpton Seafire Resort & Spa resort amenities, including the spa, two seaside swimming pools, beach cabanas, bars and restaurants

There is also a separate facility for kids called the Camp Seafire.  So, if you are a family with smaller children but as adults, you’d like some quiet time, this is the perfect spot as Camp Seafire will entertain your little ones whilst you relax on the beach.

The Kimpton Seafire Resort & Residences are also pet friendly, so your fur baby does not have be excluded from the vacation.

There are 62 Residences in total over 10 storeys.  As an owner you can opt to live there full time or earn income from the vacation rental.  Two thirds of the condo units face out to Seven Mile Beach offering sea views. Others offer sea views looking inland away from Seven Mile Beach.

There is a mixture of studios, one-bedrooms going up to five-bedroom condos.

The Residences offer a very contemporary design but with Caribbean touches throughout.  Each unit has a very high-end finish with luxury interiors throughout.
