Selene Oddenino Newton

Originally from Italy, Selene moved to the Cayman Islands in 2019. Not long after, fate brought her to meet Richy, whom she married shortly thereafter.

Selene has real estate in her blood, as her father was involved in the business for 50 years, and she has acquired the same enthusiasm and passion for properties from him.

Selene is also a Master Baker since three generation since coming from an Italian family of bakers on her mothers side, a profession that has occupied her for almost 30 years in the family business.

Selene is always attentive to the needs of her clients and never tires of doing in-depth research to find the right property for each of them. “A property is like a dress, you have to feel good in it,” she says. That’s why she works together with her husband Richy to form a dynamic real estate team.
