Fee Schedule for Monthly Rentals

There will be a charge equal to 10% of the monthly rent. This charge will cover the following services:

1. Advertising of property and identification of suitable tenants.
2. Collection and deposit of the monthly rent.
3. Payment from the monthly rental income of fees, utility services (when applicable), maintenance services, and any other authorised miscellanous invoices that may occur.
4. Maintenance services for the rental property.
5. Monthly financial statements of property income and expenses.
6. We have staffed office facilities for liasing with the property owner and tenants. Our office is equipped with phone, fax and e-mail services and we are available during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
